Justin C. Kweder is an attorney admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, working out of Philadelphia and representing clients throughout the surrounding Counties.  Serving Commercial and Individual clients.

Before forming his own practice, Mr. Kweder worked for years as in-house litigation counsel for a national insurance provider. In this role, Mr. Kweder defended hundreds of clients in all manners of legal proceedings in Philadelphia and throughout South East Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kweder has extensive litigation and arbitration experience involving complex coverage disputes, premises liability, construction and automobile accidents, personal injury, contract challenges, subrogation and indemnification issues; along with extensive deposition, discovery and oral motion practice. Mr. Kweder has worked directly with dozens of clients in preparing and conducting trials, arbitrations, mediations, settlements and appeals at state, municipal and inter-company venues.

Mr. Kweder received a Bachelors Degree from the University of California Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Villanova School of Law.
